Abstract Article 2 defines energy sector as follows: “Energy sector is an economic activity involving exploration, extraction, processing, production, storage, transportation, transfer, distribution, supply, marketing, trade, installation and/or operation of energy facilities and equipment for generating energy resources or energy.” Article 22 classifies certificates for installation and operation of energy devices as follows: (a) installation of electrical equipment; (b) installation of natural gas facilities; (c) operation of electrical equipment; (d) operation of thermal installations and turbines; (e) operation of natural gas facilities; (f) operation of liquefied petroleum gas facilities; and (g) operation of oil and oil product equipment.
