Abstract Article 4 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Land managers and users are guided by the complex territorial (land-use) planning documents of the lowest level in the planning area, and in non-urbanized territories - and special territorial (land-use) planning documents, except for the purposes of the protection of national interests are guided by solutions of the local level general plan, if not prepared, - solutions of the master plan of the municipality, and in non-urbanized territories - and special territorial planning documents.” Article 31 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Territorial (land-use) planning shall be public, except for cases when planned for the purposes of national defense is the territory that is or will be managed and used by the institutions of the national defense system, as well as the objects of the state border and strategic significance related to classified information in accordance with the provisions of the Law on State and Service Secrets of the Republic of Lithuania.” Full text Lithuanian Website e-seimas.lrs.lt References - Legislation Amends Law on territorial planning (No. I-1120).
