This Law enters into force on 1 July 2018.
Abstract

Article 7 envisages that management, use and disposal of public land, except for land transferred to other entities, by trust shall be performed by the National Land Service. Local government shall be responsible for management of public land plots transferred thereto in trust. The public institution State Land Fund shall be responsible for the performance of public land consolidation projects. Public land plots shall be transferred by the right of trust to the local government for the following purposes: (a) public use and recreation; (b) recreational facilities for public use: (c) planning and operation of streets and local roads; (d) construction and/or commissioning of utility networks; (e) construction and management of residential buildings; and (f) economic commercial activities.
