This Law enters into force on 1 January 2019.

Abstract

Article 34 (24) lists the following activities related to management of packaging waste that are subject to licensing: (a) management of oil waste; (b) management waste related to materials and products subject to taxation; (c) waste management of electric and electronic equipment, including residential equipment and devices, in particular refrigerators, TV sets and monitors; and (d) organization of packaging waste management. Article 34 (25) sets forth licensing terms and conditions. Article 34 (28) establishes terms and conditions for suspension of license. Article 34 (29) sets forth terms and conditions for cancellation of license.
