Abstract Article 3 shall be amended to add a new wording: "The designated supplier shall be appointed by the Ministry of Energy on a competitive basis in accordance with the procedure and conditions established by the Government. An appointed supplier may be an enterprise in which the state directly or indirectly owns at least 2/3 of the voting shares of the general meeting. The appointed supplier may not carry out activities related to the transmission and/or distribution of energy, as well as other activities of the designated supplier, its management and organizational structure shall not be in conflict with the requirements for the separation and independence of activities in the natural gas sector."
