Abstract Subsoil Code shall be supplemented with Article 33.1 of the following wording: “Application for exploration of subsoil shall be refused in the following cases: (a) submitted documentation contains unreliable information; (b) plot of subsoil indicated by the applicant for geological exploration exceeds geological exploration plan submitted by the applicant; (c) information on financial and technical availability of the applicant do not comply with legislative requirements; (d) concession of the right to geological exploration contradicts legislative requirements; and (e) exploration of subsoil entails disturbance of soil layer.
