Entry into force notes
This Law shall enter into force on the tenth day following the day of its official publication.
Abstract

Article 3 specifies that authorized governmental bodies must grant access to public reports related to the activities of subsoil managers, in particular related to mine output, annual production volumes, annual export volumes and fees paid to budgets for subsoil management. Article 69 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Authorized body of public administration in the field of environmental protection related to subsoil management shall display annually, prior to the 30th of month following the end of reporting year, on its official website information on the amount of fees paid by subsoil managers to the Environmental Protection Fund.”
