Abstract

This Act establishes Environmental Fees for Administrative Service (TSA), to be paid to Off-shore area of Manaus - Suframa and for Control of Environment (TFA). Fee values shall be given to the Brazilian Institution for Environment and Natural Renewable Resources - Ibama.
