Abstract

Part three of the article 141 acquires a new wording: “Land monitoring shall be carried out at the expense of state budget. The contents and the modalities of carrying out land monitoring shall be established by the Council of Ministers.” Article 143 acquires a new wording: “State land cadastre shall consist of common register of administrative and territorial, and territorial units, register of the plots of land, register of valuation of the plots of land, register of cost of the plots of land
