Abstract This Act amends administrative and legal procedures related to the areas expropriated and nationalized under the legislations regulating the resizing of farms. It establishes that these lands, made in the intervention areas of agrarian reform, can be reversed, by order of the Prime Minister and the Minister of Agriculture, if it is shown that: a) they returned to the possession of the previous land holders or the respective heirs; b) do not constitute, at the time the request, the subject of any delivery contract for operation signed between the State and third.
