Abstract This Law amends the legal regime of water domain. Amendments establish new requirements to be satisfied in order to obtain the recognition of water resource ownership related to: parcels located within river and stream beds, coastal areas (including sea and inland waters or any navigable waters). Moreover this Law establishes that Law No. 54/2005 must be reviewed until 1 July 2014.
