Abstract

This Law, consisting of 18 articles and six appendices, and implementing the following European Acts Regulation (EU) no. 1308/2013, Regulation (EU) no. 251/2014, Regulation (EC) no. 606/2009, Regulation (EU) 2019/33, Regulation (EC) no. 889/2008, Regulation (EU) no. 203/2012 and Regulation (EU) no. 834/2007  provides for taking all appropriate measures to manage and control oenological practices and treatments and repeals the Law n. 87 of 2005 on Control of Oenological Practices and Processing. The Law defines the terms: wine product, vine season; competent authority as the Director of the Department of Agriculture of the Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development and Environment; establishment; oenological practices and treatments; oenological substances; producer.
