Abstract

This Law provides for urban land subdivision. It consists of 10 Chapters specifying urban land subdivision requirements, divided as follows: Definitions (Chap. 1); Urban land requirements (2); Subdivision planning (3-5); Land registration (6); Contracts (7); General provisions (8); Penalties (9); Final provisions (10).
