This Law enters into force 1 month after its publication in the Official Journal.

Abstract

This Law amends the Environment Law No. 2872 by substituting some articles as well as adding new provisions. The purpose of the law shall be redefined as follows: “to ensure the preservation of the environment, which is a common asset of all living beings, through sustainable environment and sustainable development principles”.
