This Law enters into force on the date of its official publication.
Abstract

Article 6 shall be amended to add the following wording: “7-1) quota setting for emissions of ozone depleting gases; 7-2) inventory of ozone depleting gases; 7-3) introduction of market mechanisms for reduction of emissions of ozone depleting gases; and 7-4) system of monitoring of actual amount of emissions and absorption of ozone depleting gases.” Article 19 shall be amended to add the following wording: “3-1) validation of the land use planning programmes and projects for reduction of emissions and absorption of ozone depleting gases.” Article 51 shall be amended to add the following wording: “State environmental audit shall be mandatory and it shall precede adoption of legal, organizational and economic decisions related to nature management and impact upon environment and public health. Realization of projects without prior positive conclusions of state environmental audit shall be prohibited.”
