This Law enters into force after six months from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Abstract

This Law sets forth procedures and principles of marketing, conformity assessment, market surveillance and inspection of products and the manufacturer’ and suppliers’ obligation of notification. This Law consists of 5 chapters including 17 articles. This Law lays down provisions on (i) obligations of manufacturer and suppliers when placing their products on the market, (ii) technical regulations regarding products, (iii) duties and responsibilities of the conformity assessment and notified bodie
