Abstract The aim of this Law, is to regulate the provisions related to agricultural sales cooperatives and unions and to make these organizations more effective, autonomous and financially independent in a sustainable way. The Law covers provisions on the aim, establishment, capital, organs and functions of the cooperatives and unions.
