Entry into force notes
This Law enters into force ten days after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

Article 270 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Import to Kazakhstan of radioactive materials, raw materials and components containing radioactive substances exceeding the level of extraction thereof established by radiation safety regulations shall be performed in accordance with the national legislation in the sphere of nuclear energy”.
