Abstract This Law establishes the principles of protection of public health and the duties of governmental bodies in the aforesaid sphere, including improvement of environment and organization of rational feeding of the population, sanitary and radiation control and information of the population of environmental risks caused by natural disasters, operation of waterworks destined for potable water supply of the population and restriction or prohibition to use potable water from public water supply system.
