Abstract The purpose of this Law is to establish the land registry by determining the legal status of immovable properties by indicating their borders on the land and map based on the cadastral or topographic cadastral map, and to create the infrastructure of the spatial information system. This Law lays down provisions on the determination and declaration of cadastral regions; establishment of the cadastral team and commission; limitation of immovable property; inspection of the cadastral report and complementary documents; finalization of cadastral records; principles of determination of property rights; resolution of disputes in the cadastral court; offences and penalties; and transfer of real estate.
