Abstract

In the framework of the implementation of alternative management of packaging and other waste recycling, the present law, consisting of 27 articles divided into five chapters, sets forth regulations with respect to alternative management (recovery and recycling) of packaging waste, used tires, waste oil, waste electrical and electronic equipment, batteries and accumulators. The competent authority for the implementation of this law shall be the national organisation for alternative management of packaging and other waste products which is established according to Chapter five of this law.
