Abstract This Law amends article 13 of Law No. 13.361 on the State Technical Cadastre for Potentially Polluting Activities. Amended article becomes effective with the following changes: 35% (thirty-five percent) of TFAPE collection will be reserved for the granting and payment of Incentive Assistance to Environmental Control Activities to public servants and employees who carry out their activities at the State Environmental Agency (CPRH). The rules and criteria for granting the above referred aid shall be defined by decree.
