Abstract The objectives of economic legal proceedings are: (a) protection of violated or disputed rights and legitimate interests of persons engaged in entrepreneurial and other economic activities, as well as the rights and legitimate interests of the Republic of Tajikistan in the field of entrepreneurial and other economic activities; (b) ensuring accessibility of justice in the field of business and other economic activities; (c) a fair and public trial within the period established by law by a competent, independent and impartial court; (d) assistance in strengthening the rule of law and preventing offenses in the field of business and other economic activities; (e) promoting the development of partnership business relations and business customs; and (f) formation of a respectful attitude towards the law and the court.
