Abstract Article 12 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Citizens of Belarus can have on condition of private ownership plots of land allotted before entry into force of this Code, plots of land owned after transfer thereof in accordance with the established modalities, and also plots of land allotted in accordance with the sixth part of this article.” Article 20 shall be amended to add the following wording: “In case of the expiry of term of tenancy of a plot of land conceded for temporary tenancy or in lease the aforesaid land rights shall be considered terminated from the moment of expiry of such term.” Full text Russian Website ng.by References - Legislation Amends Land Code (Law No. 425-Z).
