Abstract

This Law, consisting of 23 articles, applies terms and provisions of EU Regulation  no. 1143/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the prevention and management of the introduction and spread of invasive alien species, as last amended by Regulation (EU) 2016/2031 of the European Parliament and of the Council, and of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/968, supplementing Regulation (EU) no. 1143/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council regarding risk assessments in relation to invasive alien species.
