Abstract

The present Law implements the Waste Water Charges Act of 13 September 1976. In particular, the Law lays down provisions relating to charges levied for discharging waste water into public waters. The text consists of 15 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: Duty to pay charges (I); Valuation basis (II); Determination of harmfulness (III); Fixing, collection and use of tax (IV); Common provisions, final provisions (V).
