The present Act enters into force on 1 February 1975.
Abstract

The present Law implements the Animal Disease Act. The text consists of 20 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: Competent authorities and proceedings (I); Compensation and contribution (II); Subsidies (II); Costs concerning fight against animal diseases (IV); Transitional and final provisions (V).
