This text also sets detailed rules on the organization, operation, tasks of their self-governments, as well as the authorizations necessary for their provision. The scope of rules prescribed by this Law shall be applied to all natural and legal persons engaged in viticulture and wine production and viticulture and wine purchasing activities, as well as to organizations without legal personality, as well as to mountain community organizations, their members and officials, as well as mountain judges, regional secretaries and covers wine region secretaries.
