Entry into force notes

This Law enters into force eight days after its publication in the "Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", except for the provisions of articles 4 (paragraph 5), article 5 (paragraph 3) which will be apply on the day of accession of the Republic of Serbia into the European Union.

Abstract

This Law amends various articles part of the provisions prescribed by the Nature Protection Law (Official Gazette 36/2009).
