Entry into force notes
This Law enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette, with the exception of the provisions of article 5, which has been amended by article 3 of this text, in the part referring to the definition of ship, boat, yacht, fishing boat and large passenger yacht, including articles 69 to 192 of this text which shall all enter into force on 1 January 2020.
Abstract

This Law amends several provisions part of the Croatian Maritime Code (originally published in the Official Gazette 181/2004, and already amended and supplemented in Gazettes 76/2007, 146/2008, 61/2011, 56/2013 and 26/2015).
