Abstract This Law lays down some amendments to the Law of Forests. In particular, the present Law amends provisions concerning the purchase of forests. Parcels of forest land less than 5 acres can be divided only if are not in spatial planning documents as a part of designated land use or forest, or this is necessary for the construction of public infrastructure, or are in joint ownership with the Republic of Slovenia or the local community.
