This Law entered into force on 10 August 2002.
Abstract

This Law lays down some amendments and addenda to the Law of Forests. In particular, the present Law establishes requirements for the spatial part of forest management plan and amends provisions concerning protected forests and forests with a special purpose. The present Law laso lays down penalty provisions for activities specified in supplemented art. 81a.
