Abstract This Law amends certain provisions part of the Law on exploration and exploitation of hydrocarbons (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 52/2018). Changes are regarding the general replacement of "oil and mining inspection of the Ministry" with "energy inspection for oil mining of the central state administration body responsible for inspection affairs". Elimination of identified deficiencies (article 190) is also amended.
