Abstract

Article 76 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Article 76. State control over the observance of sanitary legislation of Turkmenistan implemented by local executive authorities and local self-government bodies. Local executive authorities and local self-government bodies shall exercise state control over compliance with the sanitary legislation of Turkmenistan by legal entities and natural persons, performing activities in the territory under their jurisdiction, as well as application of measures to ensure the sanitary-epidemiological well-being of the population.”
