Entry into force notes

This Law enters into force on the date of its official publication.

Abstract

Article 15 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Local government, in the context of public purchase of services related to economic management and recycling of domestic waste shall have the right to require from candidates complete calculation of payment for such services”.
