Entry into force notes

This Law enters into force on the date of its official publication.

Abstract

Article 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: "Food enterprise shall be considered economic entity involved in any stage of processing, handling or turnover of foodstuffs and performing economic activity". Article 4 shall be amended to add the following wording: "The Cabinet of Ministers shall establish the modalities of recognition of laboratories performing quality control and supervision over milk and dairy products".
