Abstract This Law introduces the concept of "protected livestock breeding", which means keeping livestock separately from other livestock species for the purpose of promoting the freedom of international trade and protecting and fighting diseases spread in countries, regions and provinces, in order to implement surveillance, control, risk management, organizational measures, and common instructions for bioprotection by maintaining facilities with healthy livestock. Officials are prohibited from disseminating unverified information about highly infectious animal diseases. The right of veterinary inspection by central state administrative organization in charge of animals and animal health, state administrative organization in charge of animals and animal health, customs office, provincial and capital veterinary department, rural administrative units, district veterinary department, veterinary control point will be implemented by the State Inspector of Veterinary Medicine.
