Entry into force notes

This Law enters into force on the date of its official publication.

Abstract

Article 10 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Artisanal fishing – angling and spearfishing – shall be performed in accordance with fishing rules and regulations”. Article 11 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Fishing licences shall be issued by the Department of Environmental Protection and by the Marine Department within the limits established by the Ministry”.
