This Law enters into force on the date of its official publication.
Abstract

Article 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Foreign fishing in the international waters in which to Latvia Republic was allocated quota or in waters of foreign state with which Latvia has concluded fishery agreements shall be regulated by the respective international agreements of Latvian Republic”.
