Abstract This Law amends several provisions part of the Law on the civil protection system (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 82/2015, and already amended in Gazette 118/2018 and 31/2020). Changes are regarding the contents of article 3 (added terms and new definitions); article 12 (Central state administration body responsible for civil protection affairs); self-government related provisions in article 17 (paragraph 5); article 36 (paragraph 3)-Legal entities in the civil protection system; inspection provisions (article 80, paragraph 2, subparagraphs 1 and 9); and offences and penalty provisions (article 86, 87, 88 and 89).
