Abstract This Law amends and adds several provisions to the Croatian Law on renewable energy sources and high-efficiency cogeneration (originally published in the Official Gazette 138/2021). Changes are regarding the contents of article 4 (definition of terms), article 5 (here added article 5a entitled “Energy activity”), article 51 (obligations of electricity suppliers in relation to own consumption of the production plant and self-supply of electricity), article 58 (added article 58a entitled “National Coordination Body for Hydrogen”), and articles 61 and 62 (setting offences and related penalties).
