Abstract This Law amends and adds several provisions to the Law on exploration and exploitation of hydrocarbons (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 52/2018, and already amended in the Gazette 52/2019). Changes are regarding the general reedit of the text, including offences and penalties. Also a new European Union legislation (Directive 2011/92/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on the assessment of the effects of certain public and private projects on the environment) is added in the list of acquis communautaire (article 2).
