Abstract This Law amends and adds certain provisions to the Law on aquaculture (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 130/2017, and already amended in Gazettes 111/2018 and 144/2020). Changes are regarding the added European Union legal act (in article 2 that list all implemented EU acts, the Regulation (EU) 2021/1139 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund and amending Regulation (EU) 2017/1004 is now added); provisions of article 5 (Strategic importance); contents of article 28 (Support in aquaculture); and articles 39, 40 and 41 (setting offences and penalties).
