Abstract

This Law amends and supplements various provisions part of the Law on agricultural land (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 20/2018, and already amended in Gazettes 115/2018 and 98/2019). Changes are regarding different parts of the text, starting from general terms and definitions, issues regarding the agricultural land information system, land tenure and ownership provisions (both private and state owned land parcels), agricultural cooperatives and producer association related rules, aquaculture ponds, interaction with agricultural land and constructions or facilities nearby, and offences and penalty provisions.
