Entry into force notes
This Law enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette, except for the provisions of articles 1 and 3 of this text that shall start applying form 1 April 2019.
Abstract

This Law amends certain provisions part of the Law implementing the Regulation (EU) No 511/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on compliance measures for users from the Nagoya Protocol on Access to Genetic Resources and the Fair and Equitable Sharing of Benefits Arising from their Utilization in the Union (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 20/2018).
