Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Land Use Planning Law of Bavaria. The text consists of 3 articles and 1 Annex laying down provisions relating to the development of land use planning in Bavaria. The Annex of the above-mentioned Ordinance consists of 7 Parts as follows: Spacial development of Bavaria and its parts (I); Municipalities, central places and housing schemes, as well as development issues (II); Sustainable social and cultural infrastructure (III); Sustainable agriculture and forestry (IV); Sustainable technical infrastructure (V); Sustainable housing scheme development (VII). Seven Annexes are enclosed.
