Part 1 Preliminary, Part 2 Reserves and deeds of grant in trust, such as way of adopting model by-law, requirements for a trustee permit for the use of the permit land, and for leases. Part 3 Matters affecting land holdings, including purchase price and valuations for particular purposes by the Minister, and regulated conditions of particular tenures. Part 4 Rents and instalments, establishes categorization of tenures for rental purposes, and requirements for rental categories, these include perpetual lease and or term lease with license or permit for primary production activities that include (a)agriculture; examples as growing of coffee, sugarcane, tea, tobacco; growing of flowers, fruit, vegetables and other horticultural products; viticulture, (b)aquaculture, including oyster farming; and (c)farming of cattle in feedlots; and (d)farming of pigs and poultry.
