Abstract

The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to the protection and rehabilitation of land. Section 3 establishes that the analysis of any soil sample collected in connection with a site characterization study required under a provision of Division IV.2.1 of Chapter I of the Environment Quality Act must be effected by a laboratory accredited by the Minister of the Environment. The text consists of 16 sections and 5 Schedules.
