Abstract

This Act provides for the protection of purchasers of land in certain circumstances. It confers certain powers on the court to assign a title in land on a purchaser where a conveyance of the land did not operate to confer title upon the purchaser. The person against who a possession order of court was made, may appeal to the High Court for the setting aside of a possession order.
