Abstract

The purpose of the present Ordinance is to regulate fishing in Lake Constance. Article 2 establishes that commercial fishing may be carried out only by resorting to the fishing gear listed in this article. The text consists of 26 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Special provisions for each fishing gear (II); Closed season (III); Special provisions for spawning (IV); Penalties (V); Transitional and final provisions (VI). One Annex is enclosed.
